Coaching For Everyone, a dynamic 501(c)(3) was founded in 2020 by VLC Executive Director, J. Victor McGuire, Ph.D. As a for-profit enterprise that champions change in the coaching industry, Velocity Leadership Consulting upholds its purpose-driven mission with its nonprofit arm. CFE is designed to provide complimentary coaching and leadership services to traditionally under-resourced populations, particularly BIPOC young adults, K-12 educators, and nonprofit employees.
Coaching for Everyone has also partnered with CTI to establish its Coaching Fellowship Program. Each year, CFE and CTI will certify at least 100 BIPOC professional coaches. Sponsor the BIPOC professionals and leaders at your firm and see the impact first hand.
CFE’s Impact
Data on the demographics of certified coaches are not published, but anecdotal evidence suggests that only 3-5% of coaches are people of color.

Our Leadership
J. Victor McGuire, Ph.D.
Victor McGuire, Ph.D., founder of Velocity Leadership Consulting, has over 30 years of leadership-development experience in K–12 institutions, higher education, and the for-profit and nonprofit worlds. After receiving his doctorate from Colorado State University, he held a range of university professorships for over 20 years. Victor is a popular keynote speaker and presenter at national and international conferences, and he has delivered over 100 keynotes and seminars to audiences around the world. As a Certified Facilitator, Victor has worked to transform and accelerate the work culture of countless organizations.
